"Looks fake in person"
I was let down when I saw it in person. The photos made it look much more realistic, but the skin texture and overall shape just felt off to me. It gives more of a cheap, artificial vibe than I expected, especially for the price.

The item looked a lot nicer in the photos, so I was a little surprised when it arrived. It’s still decent and usable, but the colors and fit felt different from what I expected

"Kind of a hassle to clean"
I’m not sure if I’m just being picky, but cleaning this thing after using it has been frustrating. Food or whatever gets stuck in the little parts, and it feels like it takes longer than it should every time. I wanted to like it, but the cleanup is making me second-guess it

"Broke way too fast"
So I was disappointed with this. It looked fine when it showed up, but after just a short time, some parts started feeling loose and kind of cheap. I wasn’t doing anything rough with it either, just normal use. For what it cost, I really expected it to hold up better. Support didn’t do much to help, so I wouldn’t buy from xtorso.com again.

"So much for discreet packaging"
I’m annoyed about this. The box showed up with a label that made it way too obvious what was inside, which completely defeats the point of ordering it expecting plain packaging. That put me in an awkward spot, and I blame the company for not handling something so basic better. Definitely not happy, and I probably won’t order from them again.

"Shipping was way too slow for me"
I ordered from Xtorso the shipping really tested my patience. I’ll admit I’m probably a little biased because fast delivery matters a lot to me, but this felt painfully slow. I barely got any clear updates, so I just kept waiting and wondering what was going on. The item might be perfectly fine, but by the time it showed up, the whole experience was already kind of ruined for me. I wouldn’t order again if I needed something anytime soon.

"Not worth the money for me"
I feel like I paid way too much for what showed up. The item felt cheap in person, and the whole thing didn’t match the vague promises they made about quality and value.
Maybe someone else would be fine with it, but for me it just felt like a waste of money. I wouldn’t order from xtorso.com again.

"Not as customizable as I expected"
I was expecting a lot more options to tweak things to my liking, but the customization ended up feeling limited. It wasn’t unusable or anything, just a bit disappointing compared to what I thought I’d be able to do.

"Sooo frustrating"
My order just never showed up, and when I reached out to support, they really weren’t much help at all. It was suuuper frustrating and just a bad experience.

"customer service was slow"
customer service took way too long to get back to me, and even then, they didn’t really sort out my issue. i felt like i had to keep following up just to get anywhere, which got frustrating.

"Cheap material and frustrating support"
I was disappointed with this. The fabric felt cheap right out of the package, and after wearing it only twice, it already started fraying. I reached out to support hoping they’d help, but the response made me feel like they were blaming me for it instead of acknowledging the quality issue. Definitely not buying again.

I waited longer than expected for this to arrive, so I was already a bit frustrated, and then when I finally got it, it was way heavier than I thought it would be. Definitely not something I’d want to carry around like I expected
